Well Wishes Gym Boy . Hello Bike Boy

Oooooh BFF's Gym Boy was hit by a car-- this means things were a little scrambly over at 

BFF /HQ ... we had to do a little breathing for BFF , calming and creative consulting.

 

Dear Gym Boy,  feel better soon and make sure you do your vital exercises--we'll send the head nurse over stat.

And after all that consulting, a nice belated bff birthday dinner at our lil spot 

a hottie guy bikes up the sidewalk, parks his bike and slides up to the bar for some solo dinner. Simply sexy. And we said so --well, said so in a note that we left on his bike. 

Sometimes you have to just say how you feel and let it go and make someone feel good for the day.
